If you do not want a newsletter later, you can easily change this on "My account - Newsletter" or by clicking on "I do not want to receive more newsletters" at the bottom of the newsletter.
We analyze purchase history to provide you with personalized and relevant offers, as well as suggestions for frequently purchased products.
Detailed purchase history is stored for up to five years in accordance with the requirements of the Norwegian Accounting Act. Detailed purchase information is anonymized.
If you notify us that you no longer wish to be listed as a customer, all information about you will be deleted except the information required by the Norwegian Accounting Act.

This is our analysis program. We use this to, among other things, see where our users come from, how often they visit our site and where the traffic comes from.

Google Adwords
We use advertising through Google's platform. Cookies are used so that advertising can be targeted based on visitor patterns.
Crall
This is our customer service module when it is activated in the online store. Among other things, it gives us the opportunity to offer you who use LiveChat directly on our website. All incoming and outgoing chat dialogs are stored at Crall.
Mailchimp
Used to send out newsletters to those who have signed up for this. Name and email are shared with Mailchimp.
Vipps
If you pay with Vipps in the online store, your telephone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.
Klarna and Billpay.
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit. Billpay’s/Klarna’s payment options: In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options and to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna and Billpay. We send packages outside Norway with DHL and therefore we share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address with DHL.
Emailmeform
Used for information collection which is sent to us per. e-mail. For example. submission of information from companies that are interested in working with us.
Facebook Pixel
We use advertising through Facebook's platform. Cookies are used so that advertising can be targeted based on visitor patterns.
Snapchat Pixel
We use advertising through Snapchat's platform. Cookies are used so that advertising can be targeted at target groups based on visitor patterns.
6. Statistics
All visits to flaaronning.com leave electronic traces. We analyze information, such as activity in our online store and in our pages in social media, as well as information about any purchases in the online store.
The information is not used to identify you as a person. We use the information to create statistics that, for instance show which pages are most read, sales and popular products. This is how we can improve the user experience when you visit our online store.
Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics to run in-depth analysis of our websites.
The information Google collects about the use of this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, the IP address will be shortened before it is sent within the EU or EEA area. Only in exceptional cases will the entire IP address be sent to a Google server in the US before being truncated there. The anonymous IP address that your browser sends to Google Analytics does not match any other data provided by Google.
7.Social Media
Our online store includes features for social media, including the like button for Facebook. Such features may record your IP address and the page you access on our site, and they may store cookies for the features to function as intended. Social media features are operated either by a third party or directly on our site. Your use of such features is subject to the privacy statement of the company that provides them.
You can log in to My Page at any time on our website or call our customer center to update your contact information or change the settings for how you prefer to receive mailings. Unfortunately, we can not help you restrict or change social media posts. You must make such changes yourself in the relevant account.
8. Changes
Brødrene Flaarønning AS may change consent and privacy statement to comply with new legal requirements, and due to changes in our own practice for the collection and processing of personal data. For changes that require consent, you will be asked to agree to new terms when you log on to Flaaronning.com before the changes are implemented.

If you require changed information that you cannot change yourself by logging in to "My account" in the online store, then get in touch and we will help you.

To receive our newsletter, you must actively subscribe to the newsletter.
Consent to receive newsletters can also be edited on "My Account-Newsletter".
