What you have to pay when ordering online

• In case your order does exceed the customs free value for your country you will have to pay import customs. Be aware that there is an anti-dumping customs fee of 48,1% for porcelain items for EU countries.
• Custom clearance: The logistics company who is transporting your order will most likely do all the custom clearance work. You will have to pay a certain fee for this.
